Can I add email to product manually?

Yes, once you have logged in, you can click on “Products” and select which product you want to add the email or phone number to it.

Under “Customer Email” just add email click + button.

Under “Customer Phone” just add phone number click + button.

 
 

How do I install the app on my shopify site?

We created this app to be as user friendly as possible! Once you have logged in, simply click on “Help” then “Setup” and under Create Shopify Assets, click on “Create Assets in Shopify” and our program will take care of the rest.

Follow the steps in "Setup". No codes needed!

 
 

HOW DO I KNOW WHO IS WAITING FOR A SPECIFIC ITEM?

You can click on the “Products tab” on your dashboard and view all the items which customers are currently waiting to be notified about. Just scroll down or search for the specific item and click on “Product Details”.

You will be directed to a page where all the details for that item can be viewed.You can also manually add any customers email or phone number, so they will be notified as soon as the item becomes available.

 
 

CAN I HAVE THE APP MATCH MY SITE?

Yes! All the key elements - including button, form and email template - can be customized. If you get stuck we can even help you do it.

 
 

My instock app is not showing up?

If soldout box doesn't appear at your store, check instock.liquid file in your theme and do as instructed in screenshot
